Coaching for the high-achieving, ambitious, and
completely overwhelmed.

I coach high-performing young people through college and early-career decisions and transitions that set them up for career and life success—because those years are too critical not to have someone in your corner.

Light emerges from a corner just like ambitious people emerging from a sense of overwhelm in college or early career transitions.

Because I’ve been there. At every pivotal juncture after leaving home, I felt the same uncertainty. Even with a prestigious full-ride scholarship to Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, I felt lost and invisible the moment I stepped on campus. Four years later, starting my career at McKinsey & Company, I was hit hard by imposter syndrome. Looking back, I now realize that having the right person with the relevant experience in my corner from the very beginning would have made all the difference. Now, I’m here to be in yours.

For 10+ years, I have coached and mentored a number of students and young professionals who have gone on to win major scholarships, land prestigious roles in consulting, finance, and business, and earn top ratings and promotions. I don’t take credit for their achievements, but I am hopeful that I helped unlock the tools, clarity, and confidence within them to approach each transition and decision that got them there.
